6-week build phase from kickoff to handoff. Content must be delivered within 7 days of kickoff.

Applicant Requirements

Established Business

Active business with a real offering. Idea-stage or concept-only applicants are disqualified before scoring.

Content Ready

Copy, images, logo, and brand details must be deliverable within 7 days of kickoff — or the project is cancelled.

Public Participation

Testimonial interview and public case study usage are mandatory. A signed media release is required before filming.

Terms & Conditions

By submitting an entry message, you acknowledge agreement to these terms. The winner must sign written acknowledgment before project kickoff.

Selection & Award
Winner selected at the sole discretion of e8e.dev based on application quality and strategic fit. Entry does not guarantee selection. No monetary value is assigned; no cash substitution or transfer permitted.
Scope & Deliverables
Project includes up to 6 structured pages, Cloudflare Pages deployment, performance optimization targeting ≈90/100 mobile PageSpeed Insights, blog structure setup, training session, and documentation. All other requests are out of scope.
Not Included
Domain name, copywriting, branding, logo design, e-commerce, complex integrations, marketing, SEO consulting, and ongoing maintenance after delivery are explicitly excluded.
Content Deadline
The selected winner must provide all required content within 7 days of kickoff. Failure to meet this deadline may result in cancellation and activation of a backup candidate. No automatic extensions granted.
Case Study & Testimonial
Participation in a filmed testimonial and public case study is mandatory. A signed media release form is required before filming begins. Winner grants e8e.dev perpetual rights to use business name, screenshots, and performance metrics publicly.
Ownership & Licensing
The client owns their domain, hosting account, content, and deployed site instance. The HTS platform remains proprietary to e8e.dev and is licensed only as deployed within the project. Extraction or redistribution of HTS outside this licensed deployment is not permitted.
Post-Delivery Support
A 7-day warranty period covers build or deployment errors only. Ongoing updates and maintenance are the responsibility of the client. After 7 days, support transitions to paid consultation.
